Beautiful dress that is ready for your smocking design, aka ready to smock dress.  The bishop style is made in 100% orange cotton, and the pleated insert around the collar is white; baby sizes have five rows in the neckline, toddler sizes six rows, and sizes five up to seven rows, and all puffy short sleeves have three rows for smocking.  We have used these fabrics many times with our own Halloween plates, and the dresses are just beautiful.
